If you have made a mistake with the items you have purchased or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch at info@basebodywear.com as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and therefore BASE Bodywear cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by customers.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
All deliveries 2-6 days within Australia.
We've recently begun shipping internationally and will update expected delivery times when we know more.

We offer flat-rate shipping.
$10 within Australia. $20 for the rest of the world.
Australian orders over $100 will receive free shipping.
How should I care for my Base?
Your Base Bodywear will last a long time when looked after with care.
We recommend hand washing with a mild detergent or gentle machine washing on low heat, using a hosiery bag. Simply drip dry.
The fabric is delicate and should never be ironed, dry cleaned or spin dried.
Take care not to catch the fabric on sharp items like jewellery when putting on and taking off.
